Highly recommended. I booked two collections over the course of a couple of weeks and service couldn’t have been better.

Goodbye Rubbish have been an absolute godsend!! The whole process from start to finish has been exemplary. Laura on the admin side is super, super efficient and replied to all my WhatsApp messages incredibly quickly even though many were sent outside of the normal 9-5 window. The two gentleman who collected my rubbish were also super-efficient, very polite and absolutely brilliant at their job. Thank you all. A++++++++++++++++++++

I cannot thank Laura and her lovely team for all they did for me and my family. We asked them last minute to help with a house clearance for my grandmas house. She passed away and we really needed some help. Even on a Sunday they came and helped us. Nothing was to much trouble. I am so grateful. Please don't hesitate when booking these lovely people. Having a dismantled garden cabin, 5x3 metres to dispose of, finding a waste collection company wasn’t easy. After a couple of John Wayne’s I found Goodbye Rubbish. So pleased I did. Sent pictures at 8am and Laura called me back within minutes. Price agreed and Sean and George arrived at 10.30. They did a great job, just got on with it and an hour later I had a large part of my garden back. Thank you Goodbye Rubbish. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing thank you - had an old piano removed . Arranged at very short notice , great communications and worked around my timings which changed on the day . Highly recommend and would def use again .

Brilliant service. I emailed them late Saturday, got a reply within 5 minutes and they came over the next morning. Fantastic service, cheaper than Clearabee and the people that turned up were really friendly. Will use them again for sure!

Great customer service and fantastic value all-round. The team are always super quick to respond with consistent and clear communication. They are always reliable, and once contacted, take action very swiftly without fail. I would highly recommend using them, and I do so regularly.

Very happy with the service, the guys were here within two hours - on the same day I wanted the items moved- plus and were so efficient and polite.
Nothing was too much trouble, which is a rare thing to find these days.

Goodbye Rubbish were absolutely brilliant at removing building waste from my garden after my builder did a runner. Lovely people, hard working and great value. Would rate them 6 stars if I could!

What a great company! Called them for a quote on Thursday all the rubbish removed on Friday. The quote was very fair and didn't change. The guys themselves were quick and efficient, would definitely recommend and use again.

I was able to get my clearance booked for the next day. There were no hidden or extra costs from the quote. By far the best value for money compared to other companies. Comms were quick too. The gentleman was friendly and made sure I was happy with the collection before he left. I would recommend Goodbye Rubbish to friends.

5 stars all the way . Shaun turned up absolutely bucking it down with rain . Did a full load one cup of tea later he was gone with all the rubbish . On time job done . Will definitely be using them again .

Kenny was amazing today. Even though I wasn't in yesterday when he came for a large rubbish collection, he was extremely gracious about it over the phone and arranged for a 9am visit the next day. He kept me in the loop very early on when he realized he would be half an hour late (I hadn't even checked my phone!) and was promptly on time for that. He manages expectations exceptionally, and that by itself is a great earner of customer trust. Huge contrast with a previous rubbish collector that kept changing the plans. I highly recommend them, particularly if Kenny is involved

I have used Goodbye Rubbish twice and both times they were brilliant. They cleared my garage out unbelievably quickly (around an hour). They saved me a considerable amount of time. I will definitely use them again and really good value. Booking was easy, just sent them a photo by WhatsApp and you get a quote back straight away.

Goodbye Rubbish provided an excellent service… fast and efficient with the pricing and confirmed next day collection of our house clearance of rubbish… Danny called in advance to let me know he was on his way and cleared the rubbish, including charity stuff that the charity company had failed to collect the previous week in a fast and efficient manner despite the sweltering heat at 8.30am… Danny made sure everything was tidy afterwards in the garden and made sure I was happy with the service…!! Thanks Danny you were a star…👍🏼!!!
