Kenny was amazing today. Even though I wasn't in yesterday when he came for a large rubbish collection, he was extremely gracious about it over the phone and arranged for a 9am visit the next day. He kept me in the loop very early on when he realized he would be half an hour late (I hadn't even checked my phone!) and was promptly on time for that. He manages expectations exceptionally, and that by itself is a great earner of customer trust. Huge contrast with a previous rubbish collector that kept changing the plans.
